Our Services

Child Care Works

As a Community Program Lead for Missouri’s Child Care Works tri-share program, we help employers offer a practical benefit that directly supports their workforce. Child Care Works allows employers to share the cost of childcare with the employee and the state, making childcare more affordable for working parents while giving businesses a meaningful way to invest in their employees.

For employers, participating in Child Care Works can help attract and retain talent, reduce turnover, and improve attendance and productivity. Employer contributions may be tax-deductible, and the program is flexible and scalable for businesses of different sizes. We provide hands-on support to guide employers through enrollment, explain the financial and tax benefits, and help implement the program smoothly so it fits your business goals.
